Drove security through the full development lifecycle, from threat modeling at design to secure release and field response, embedding product security as a first-class engineering discipline rather than a downstream gate.

Built the incident-response playbook

Created the organization's first dedicated product incident-response methodology, closing a gap that legacy enterprise IR frameworks didn't cover for connected and safety-critical products. Defined triage, customer notification, and patch/release workflows that gave customers rapid visibility and a predictable, auditable response.

STIG Attestation for custom Android device

Led the team that took an Android-based device running on a custom SOC (System on Chip) design through the full STIG attestation process. Drove the security hardening, documentation, and validation work required to achieve formal attestation and make the platform available to the five branches of the Department of Defense.

HITRUST in 12 months

Led a cloud-native MLOps platform serving Fortune 100 clients to HITRUST certification within a year. Built the controls evidence and operational rigor needed to satisfy assessors without slowing the platform's release cadence, proving that speed and rigor are not a trade-off when security is designed into the MLOps pipeline.

Built a 25-person security organization

Designed the business case for every role across four pillars, GRC, Security Architecture, Pen Testing, and Cloud SecOps, and ran the organization to clear OKRs and KPIs. Over the past two decades, I've led security, product, cloud, and AI programs across IBM, Honeywell, and BCG X, transforming complex technical challenges into scalable business outcomes. Today, as a Senior Director, Divisional & AI Leader, I advise global organizations on AI strategy, Responsible AI, cybersecurity, governance, and enterprise transformation. Combining hands-on engineering experience with executive leadership, I bridge the gap between builders, business leaders, regulators, and boards. My background includes executive education from Wharton's CTO Program and Carnegie Mellon's CDAIO Program, along with deep expertise in AI, data, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
